By engaging Devoluxe you agree that all design, construction and renovation work is carried out under a written scope and estimate agreed between you and Devoluxe before work begins. Quoted prices and timelines are indicative until confirmed in that agreement.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services contracted. Disputes are governed by the laws of India and the courts of the registered jurisdiction of Devoluxe.
